SSA antigenic peptide (1:100 serum dilution) shows a strong, statistically significant association with short sequence identities (tetrapeptide and longer) shared with the nucleocapsid protein of the Indiana serotype of vesicular stomatitis virus[2].
SSA antigenic peptide can be used as a key reagent in ELISA-based serological assays to detect autoantibodies against SSA, to study primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)[2][3].

1. Calculate the length of the peptide.
2. Calculate the overall charge of the entire peptide according to the following table:
