Bacopasaponin C inhibits Verapamil (HY-14275)-stimulated P-gp ATPase activity with an IC50 of 57.83 μg/mL. Bacopasaponin C has antitumor activity against sarcomas. Bacopasaponin C has antiparasitic activity against Leishmania donovani[1][2][3].
