NSP-DMAE-NHS is an acridinium ester-based signal amplifier that can act as a luminescent probe to effectively improve the detection performance of biosensors. NSP-DMAE-NHS preserves the biochemical activity of biomolecules during the conjugation process. NSP-DMAE-NHS has been successfully applied to label mouse anti-human PI3 monoclonal antibodies for chemiluminescent immunoassays, as well as for pre-competitive chemiluminescent immunochromatographic detection of TP53 fusion proteins. NSP-DMAE-NHS can be used in detection studies of cancer and related biomarkers.

生物活性
NSP-DMAE-NHS (1 mg; 1 h shaking, 15 min quenching) successfully conjugates to anti-TP53 antibody, forming a chemiluminescent immunoconjugate with a minimum detectable sensitivity of 1.8 × 10-17 mol[1].
NSP-DMAE-NHS-based competitive chemiluminescent reagent strip assay (30 μL conjugates; 30 min sample-conjugate incubation, 30 min strip incubation) enables ultrasensitive, selective detection of TP53 fusion protein with a limit of detection of 0.0008 nng/mL (0.013 pM), a linear range of 0.001 to 100 ng/mL, and an IC50 of ~0.24 ng/mL[1].
NSP-DMAE-NHS-labeled anti-human PI3 monoclonal antibody supports a highly reliable, sensitive, and specific CLIA assay for PI3 quantification[2].
