MCULE-3064932370 (0-100 μM; 0-1.5 h pre-incubation) time-dependently and concentration-dependently inhibits purified human SUMO E1 (Aos1/Uba2 complex) activity, with IC₅₀ values ranging from 16.66 ± 9.55 μM to 2.96 ± 1.61 μM over 0 to 1.5 hours of pre-incubation^[1].
MCULE-3064932370 (0.1-100 μM; 24-48 h) concentration-dependently inhibits T47D breast cancer cell proliferation, with EC₅₀ values of 20.79 ± 3.26 μM (24 h) and 10.40 ± 4.58 μM (48 h)^[1].
