Pocapavir-d₃ (SCH-48973-d₃; V-073-d₃) is the deuterium labeled Pocapavir (HY-104074)^[1]. Pocapavir (SCH-48973) is an orally active capsid inhibitor. Pocapavir prevents virion uncoating upon entry into the cell. Pocapavir has antiviral activity against polioviruses. Pocapavir also inhibits enterovirus infections^[2].
