Biological Activity
Pilosulyne D (Compound 4) shows no inhibitory activity against superoxide anion generation or elastase release in FMLP/CB-stimulated human neutrophils[1].
Pilosulyne D does not exhibit anti-HCV activity in the HCVcc infection assay using Huh7.5 human hepatoma cells[1].
