Biological Activity
Human IgG1 kappa
Human
Imaprelimab (10 mg/kg; i.p.; every two days; 3 weeks) inhibits intracranial non-small cell lung carcinoma brain metastasis growth and angiogenesis more potently than Bevacizumab (HY-P9906) in mice[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
-
Animal Model:BALB-c-nu (female, 4-6 weeks old)[1]
-
Dosage:10 mg/kg
-
Administration:i.p.; every two days; 21 days
-
Result:Significantly suppressed subcutaneous tumor growth compared with vehicle control and bevacizumab.
Reduced final tumor weight and lower tumor vascular density (measured via MRI F-value).

Animal Model:BALB-c-nu (female, 4-6 weeks old)[1]
-
Dosage:10 mg/kg
-
Administration:i.p.; every two days; 3 weeks
-
Result:Significantly suppressed intracranial tumor growth (measured via bioluminescence photo flux) compared with vehicle control and bevacizumab.
Reduced intracranial tumor vascular density (measured by CD31-positive vessel count per field) more effectively than bevacizumab.
