POLRMT-IN-2
POLRMT-IN-2 is a potent POLRMT inhibitor. POLRMT-IN-2 exhibits strong antiproliferative activity in MOLM-13 cells, with an IC50 of 1.01 μM. POLRMT-IN-2 disrupts mitochondrial function and induces apoptosis in MOLM-13cells. POLRMT-IN-2 can be used for the study of acute myeloid leukemia(AML).

Biological Activity
POLRMT-IN-2 (Compound 10a) (0-100 μM, 48 h) inhibits POLRMT activity dose-dependently in MOLM-13 cells, with an EC50 value of 2.208 μΜ for ND1 expression suppression[1].
POLRMT-IN-2 (48 h) shows anti-proliferation activity in cells with IC50s of 1.01 μΜ (MOLM-13 cells), 3.24 μΜ (MV4-11 cells) and 14.17 μΜ (HL-60 cells)[1].
POLRMT-IN-2 (5 μM, 48 h) can inhibit the proliferation of MOLM-13 cells, as evidenced by the reduction in EdU-positive cells and decreased Ki67 expression[1].
POLRMT-IN-2 (0-10 μM, 48 h) disrupts mitochondrial function in MOLM-13 cells, as demonstrated by dose-dependent increases in ROS levels, decreases in ATP content, and reduction of mitochondrial membrane potential[1].
POLRMT-IN-2 (0-10 μM, 48 h) induces apoptosis and reduces the expression of both AKT and p-AKTSer473 in MOLM-13 cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
