FcRn heavy chain heterodimers
Anti-Rat FcRn heavy chain heterodimers Antibody (1G3) (30 mg/kg, i.p., 3 times a week) significantly alleviate disease symptoms in female Lewis rats with an experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis (EAMG) model[1].

Animal Model:AChR mAb 35 (0.75-1 mg/kg) induced female Lewis rats (100 g)[1]

Dosage:1, 3, 10 and 30 mg/kg

Administration:Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), at 2 and 24 h before disease induction with AChR mAb 35

Result:Significantly reduced disease score at 30 mg/kg.
Significantly reduced serum mAb 35 level.
Maintained normal weight and grip strength, while the control group decreased.
