Biological Activity
CM Cellulose CM-32 (Compound CMC) can be used for adhesion dnproliferation of mouse fibroblasts via in vitro stimulation[1].
CM Cellulose CM-32 (Compound CMC) (1%) significantly reduces the number of TRPA+ multinucleated and decreases the formation of osteoclasts in murine bone marrow model[2].
CM Cellulose CM-32 (0.5%, 8 d) significantly lowers the resorption in bone marrow cells and reduces the differentiation of hematopoietic progenitors into active cells of the osteoclastic lineage[2].
CM Cellulose CM-32 (0.5%, 4 d) increases the formation of formazan by osteoclast progenitors, suggesting that the basis for the reduced osteoclastogenesis is not a cytotoxic effect[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
CM Cellulose CM-32 (0.1%, 24 h) results in the formation of a slime of bacterial cellulose combined with CM Cellulose CM-32 throughout the medium culturing A. xylinum[3].
