AChE-IN-106 (Compound 6j) (0-500 μM; 24 h) shows good safety in SH-SY5Y cells^[1].
AChE-IN-106 (15.62 μM; 24 h) potently inhibits AChE activity in Aβ-induced SH-SY5Y cells^[1].
