S116836 also inhibits SRC, LYN, HCK, LCK and BLK, and receptor tyrosine kinases such as FLT3, TIE2, KIT, PDGFR-β. Antitumor activies . S116836 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
