Glycerol dioleate is a lipid capable of forming Lyotropic Liquid Crystal (LLC). When formulated with phosphatidylcholine and exposed to aqueous media, glycerol dioleate constructs an inverted hexagonal (HII) phase structure with sustained-release properties. The in-situ forming gel prepared by optimizing glycerol dioleate with phosphatidylcholine and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone enables stable release of Risperidone (HY-11018) for up to 60 days in vitro and in vivo. Glycerol dioleate causes minimal side effects in rabbits, making it an ideal carrier component for the development of antischizophrenia agents .Note: Lyotropic liquid crystals (Lyotropic Liquid Crystal, LLC) are ordered fluid phases self-assembled by amphipathic molecules (e.g., lipids, surfactants) in solvents (usually water) at specific concentrations .

Tetrabutylammonium trifluoromethanesulfonate, commonly known as TBAOTf. TBAOTf is widely used as a strong acid catalyst and phase transfer agent in organic synthesis, especially for reactions involving nucleophilic substitution, elimination, and rearrangement, in addition, it is also used as an electrolyte additive for rechargeable batteries and a stabilizer of supercritical fluids Due to its high stability, solubility and selectivity, TBAOTf is considered to be a highly efficient and multifunctional reagent in various applications.

Complement factor I is a serine protease that downregulates complement activity in the fluid phase and/or on cell surfaces in conjunction with one of its cofactors, factor H (FH), complement receptor 1 (CR1/CD35), C4 binding protein (C4BP) or membrane cofactor protein (MCP/CD46) .

AM4-66 is a fluorescent dye used for cell membrane surface labeling. AM4-66 serves as a cell membrane surface marker and can label intact plasma membranes; when used sequentially with fluid-phase endocytosis markers such as fluorescent dextran, it does not stain dextran-positive intracellular structures that have detached from the cell surface, thus confirming that these internalized membranes no longer belong to the intact cell membrane surface (Ex/Em = 510/750 nm) .

Tasidotin (ILX651 free base) is a tubulin inhibitor and competitive Prolyl Endopeptidase (PREP) inhibitor, with an IC50 of 10 μM against bovine tubulin. Tasidotin exhibits high cerebrospinal fluid penetration in non-human primates. Tasidotin antagonizes microtubule assembly and induces an extended assembly lag phase, thereby inhibiting mitosis and cell proliferation, and exerts cytotoxic and oncolytic effects on cancer cells. Tasidotin is metabolized into polypeptides and proline inside cells, and its in vivo metabolism is mediated by prolyl endopeptidase. Tasidotin can be applied in research related to Burkitt's lymphoma, breast cancer, leukemia, melanoma, central nervous system malignancies and various solid tumors .

NVP-BHS345 is an ATP-competitive TORC1/TORC2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 1 μM for both targets in yeast. NVP-BHS345 acutely inhibits TORC1/TORC2 kinase activity, even in genetically engineered TOR1 M2282T Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains. NVP-BHS345 also reduces the phosphorylation levels of Ser-232/Ser-233 sites in Sch9, Ypk1/Ypk2 and Rps6, and induces hyperphosphorylation of Slt2 and activation of the cell wall integrity pathway. NVP-BHS345 causes depolarization of the actin cytoskeleton, blocks fluid-phase endocytosis, prevents the accumulation of vacuolar lipophilic dyes, and regulates the phosphorylation levels of Ent1, Pan1, Prk1, Akl1 and other cellular proteins .
