Temocillin disodium, a 6-α-methoxy penicillin, possesses antibacterial activity[1].

In Vivo

Temocillin dosing regimens of 200 mg/kg every 4 and 6 h remained significantly effective in reducing bacterial titres in kidneys against the two strains, with no significant difference between the parental strain and its transconjugant[2].
