FKL-137 is a GLUT1 and PI3K/AKT signaling pathway inhibitor. FKL-137 binds to GLUT1, reduces glucose uptake and lactate secretion, downregulates glucose metabolism-related proteins, and inhibits erythroleukemia cell proliferation.
