(-)-Jasmonoyl-L-isoleucine fails to promote the formation of the COI1-JAZ protein complex. (-)-Jasmonoyl-L-isoleucine does not induce jasmonic acid-dependent phenotypic responses in Arabidopsis seedlings, including root growth inhibition and anthocyanin accumulation .
