Biological Activity
Trantheline bromide (compound 18) (0.5 mM; single incubation at room temperature) has an intrinsic standard partition coefficient (log P°_dce,C) of 2.8 in the 1,2-dichloroethane/water system, measured via cyclic voltammetry at room temperature, which reflects its true lipophilicity independent of Galvani potential differences or counter-ion effects[1].
