2'-NH2-ATP (2'-Amino-2'-deoxyadenosine-5'-triphosphate), an adenosine derivative, is a weak competitive inhibitor of ATP, with a Ki of 2.3 mM. 2'-NH2-ATP can be used in nucleic acid labeling.
