Biological Activity: Sabarubicin hydrochloride (MEN 10755 hydrochloride) is a disaccharide analog of Doxorubicin (HY-15142A). Sabarubicin hydrochloride stimulates topoisomerase II-mediated DNA cleavage, induces DNA strand breaks and Apoptosis. Sabarubicin hydrochloride binds to and stabilizes telomeric G-quadruplex DNA. Sabarubicin hydrochloride is applicable to research related to ovarian tumors, breast cancer and lung cancer[1][2][3][4].
