CalFluor 488 Azide is a water-soluble fluorogenic azide probe. CalFluor 488 Azide is activated by Cu-catalyzed or metal-free click reaction. CalFluor 488 Azide is not fluorescent until it is reacted with alkynes. It contains an azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing alkyne groups. In Vitro
