Onfekafusp alfa shows a greater anticancer activity than both mTNFα and TN11mTNFα^[2].
Onfekafusp alfa shows a 5 to 6 times higher activity than equimolar amounts of recombinant mTNFα and of the fusion protein TN11mTNFα in cytotoxic assay on L-M mouse fibroblasts^[2].
