PI3K/HDAC-IN-4 exhibits potent antiproliferative activity in a variety of tumor cell lines (e.g., MV4-11, Jeko-1, HL60, and MCF-7, with IC50 values of 0.2, 0.9, 0.8, and 1.5 μM, respectively).
