APC 366 (TFA) is an irreversible mast cell tryptase inhibitor. APC 366 (TFA) can be used for the research of allergic diseases^[1].

APC 366 (TFA) (5 mg/kg/0.1 ml; s.c.) reduces the eosinophil recruitment induced by PAR-2 activating peptide^[1].
