Biological Activity
Guide (The following is our recommended protocol, which serves only as a guideline and should be modified according to your specific needs)[1].
1. Stock Solution Preparation
1.1 Prepare a 1 mg/mL ATTO 633 solution as the stock solution.
2. Working Solution Preparation
2.1 Take 1 μL of ATTO 633 stock solution and dilute it with ultrapure deionized water at a ratio of 1:1000.
3. Experimental Procedures
3.1 Suspend gold nanoparticles with different diameters in 0.1 mM PBS, then dilute each with deionized water at a ratio of 1:40 at room temperature.
3.2 Filter the diluted solution through a polytetrafluoroethylene membrane syringe filter with a pore size of 200 nm to reduce aggregation.
3.3 Spin-coat the filtered solution onto silicon nitride rollers at rotational speeds of 2000 rpm and 4000 rpm for 20 s respectively to achieve uniform distribution of nanoparticles.
3.4 Pipette the ATTO 633 working solution onto the silicon nitride sample stage at room temperature, and measure immediately after air-drying at room temperature.
