GAGGVGKSAL is the wild-type 10-mer peptide corresponding to the KRAS G12D mutation. It cannot form stable pMHC complexes with HLA-C08:02 or HLA-C05:01 and has no immunogenicity, indicating that the glycine-to-aspartic acid mutation is critical for pMHC stability[1].
