Result:Significantly increased urine output compared to vehicle control, with dose-dependent activity observed.
Showed significant diuresis starting at 16 h post-administration, lasting for 24 h, and urine output peaked at 24-32 h post-administration, reaching 3-fold the control levels (50 mg/kg).
Showed significant diuresis starting at 8 h post-administration, lasting for 40 h, and urine output peaked at 24-32 h post-administration, reaching 3.5-fold the control levels (100 mg/kg).
