Biologische Aktivität
Acid blue 9 (200-350 mg/L; 48-72 h) diammonium is aerobically decolorized by Bacillus fermus up to 99% at 200 mg/L after 48 h, with degradation into four low-molecular-weight metabolites, and decolorization efficiency decreases at higher dye concentrations after 72 h incubation with 3 g/L sucrose and 2% v/v inoculum[1].
