Antifungal agent-167
Antifungal agent-167 is an Antifungal agent. Antifungal agent-167 promotes the release of cellular contents and impairs the permeability of fungal cell membranes. Antifungal agent-167 exhibits antifungal activity against Gaeumannomyces graminis and Colletotrichum orbiculare, with a EC50 of 34.1 μg/mL against Colletotrichum orbiculare. Antifungal agent-167 can be used in studies related to Colletotrichum orbiculare infection.

Biologische Aktivität
Antifungal agent-167 (Compound 3n) (7.5-120 μg/mL; 72 h) potently inhibits Colletotrichum orbiculare mycelium growth in vitro with an EC50 of 34.1 μg/mL and a 60.9% inhibition rate at 50 μg/mL[1].
Antifungal agent-167 (50 μg/mL; 72 h) inhibits Gaeumannomyces graminis mycelium growth in vitro with a 63.6% inhibition rate at 50 μg/mL[1].
Antifungal agent-167 (15-60 μg/mL) increases cytoplasmic content release from Colletotrichum orbiculare mycelia in a concentration-dependent manner, damaging fungal cell membrane permeability[1].
Antifungal agent-167 (15-30 μg/mL) exhibits moderate cytotoxicity to normal LO2 liver cells, with a cell survival rate of ~50% at 30 μg/mL[1].
