Adosupine (500-1500 μg/mL) exhibits ideal linearity and high precision within this concentration range, with a CV < 0.1% for 1000 μg/mL Adosupine[2].
Adosupine exists in only one crystalline form, and its amorphous form can be obtained by evaporating its dichloromethane solution at room temperature[2].
