In Vitro

2-Ethoxybenzamide (125-500 μM; 24-72 h) can increase the ROS level, enhance the expression of melanogenesis-related genes, and promote melanin synthesis in B16F1 murine melanoma cells. The mechanism involves the phosphorylation of ERK/CREB^[1].
