Mirzotamab is an IgG1κ monoclonal antibody targeting to CD276/B7-H3 with anti-tumor activity. Mirzotamab conjugates with Clezutoclax (HY-137774), a BCL inhibitor to form Mirzotamab clezutoclax (HY-P99741), involving in research with taxane research in relapsed/refractory solid tumors. Mirzotamab clezutoclax (ABBV-155) is a targeted antibody drug conjugate (ADC).

    Immobilized CD276/B7-H3 Protein, Human can bind Mirzotamab. The EC50 for this effect is 13.63 ng/mL.

    Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 MCF-7 cells with Mirzotamab (HY-P99740, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
