MCE Antibody Dilution Buffer (for Immunohistochemistry, IHC) is specifically designed for the dilution and preparation of primary and secondary antibodies in IHC.
Formulated with a blend of antibody stabilizers and protectants, it enhances antibody activity and stability, minimizes nonspecific binding, and effectively reduces background signals. The result is improved specificity and sensitivity in detection.
This product is free of animal-derived proteins, phosphates, sodium azide, and thimerosal-based preservatives. It is suitable for the dilution of all types of antibodies, including those conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and alkaline phosphatase (AP).
Protocol
Dilute the antibody according to the recommended dilution ratio (e.g., 1:100, 1:500) based on the manufacturer’s instructions. The diluted antibody can be used directly for IHC.
Note: Incubation at 4°C is recommended to slow the decline in antibody activity.
