Antifungal agent-167 (50 μg/mL; 72 h) inhibits Gaeumannomyces graminis mycelium growth in vitro with a 63.6% inhibition rate at 50 μg/mL^[1].
Antifungal agent-167 (15-60 μg/mL) increases cytoplasmic content release from Colletotrichum orbiculare mycelia in a concentration-dependent manner, damaging fungal cell membrane permeability^[1].
Antifungal agent-167 (15-30 μg/mL) exhibits moderate cytotoxicity to normal LO2 liver cells, with a cell survival rate of ~50% at 30 μg/mL^[1].
