c-Met-IN-30 (Compound E22) (72 h) potently inhibits proliferation of EBC-1, SUIT-2, and MDA-MB-231 cancer cells with IC₅₀ values of 0.071 μM, 0.011 μM, and 2.9 μM respectively, while being less active against non-malignant NIH-3T3 cells (IC₅₀ = 1.2 μM)^[1].
