Cibenzoline succinate is an inhibitor for ATP-sensitive potassium (KATP) channel by affecting the pore-forming Kir6.2 subunit with IC₅₀ of 22.2 µM. Cibenzoline succinate affects insulin secretion and exhibits antiarrhythmic and antidiabetic activities.
