Biological Activity
NH2-C16-azide (compound 8f) serves as a linker for PROTAC CDK9 degrader-13 (HY-184693). PROTAC CDK9 degrader-13 is a selective CDK9 PROTAC degrader. It downregulates the anti-apoptotic protein Mcl-1 and activates the Caspase-3 pathway to induce apoptosis in acute myeloid leukemia cells[1].
