Biological Activity
The binding activity of Nrf2 activator-7 to Keap1 has an IC50 value of 85 nM by fluorescence polarization (FP) assay, an IC50 value of 13.1 nM by time-resolved fluorescence energy transfer (TR-FRET) assay, and a Ki value of 4.9 nM[1].
Nrf2 activator-7 (1, 10, 100 μM; 24 h) increases in the transcription of Nrf2 target genes (GSTM3, HMOX1 and NQO1)[1].
