HER2-IN-11 is a psoralen derivative. HER2-IN-11 has anti-breast cancer activity and light-activated cytotoxicity. HER2-IN-11 induces apoptosis^[1].

In Vitro

HER2-IN-11 (50 µM) has phototoxicity against SK-BR-3 cells with the IC₅₀ of 2.71 µM^[1].
HER2-IN-11 (1-50 µM; 48 h) changes the morphology of the SK-BR-3 cells under UVA irradiation and increases the apoptotic index^[1].
