In Vivo

ATG-022 Antibody (1-10 mg/kg; i.v.; two doses every two weeks) demonstrates potent dose-dependent antitumor efficacy in high CLDN18.2-expressing gastric cancer PDX models after conjugating with VcMMAE[1].
ATG-022 Antibody (3-10 mg/kg; i.v.; two doses every two weeks) induces tumor regression at 10 mg/kg in low CLDN18.2-expressing gastric cancer PDX models, while 3 mg/kg shows no antitumor activity after conjugating with VcMMAE[1].

Dosage: 1 mg/kg; 3 mg/kg; 10 mg/kg
Administration: i.v.; two doses every two weeks

Induced 71.56% TGI at 3 mg/kg.
Induced tumor regression at 10 mg/kg.
