IC50: 21 μM (CSNK1A1 kinase)[1]
CSNK1-IN-1 has inhibitory activity for CSNK1A1, CSNK1D and CSNK1A1 (in high ATP) with IC50 values of 21μM, 29.7μM and 1.5 nM, respectively[1].
CSNK1-IN-1 shows low inhibition for wild type-EGFR kinase with an IC50 value of ＞20 nM[1].
