Am-KYa12K4 LNPs (0.3 mg/kg; i.v.; single dose) achieve thymus-selective mRNA delivery with 66.4% organ specificity in healthy female C57BL/6 mice^[1].
Am-KYa12K4 LNPs combined with 126ts-Luc mRNA (1.0 mg/kg; i.v.; single dose) achieve enhanced thymus-selective mRNA delivery with 82.4% organ specificity in healthy female C57BL/6 mice^[1].
