(+)-JJ-74-138 is a potent analog of JJ-450 for the inhibition of androgen-independent AR activation in cell lines expressing AR splice variants lacking the LBD[1].
(+)-JJ-74-138 inhibits mRNA expression of AR and ARv7 target genes and reduced AR level in the nucleus in the absence of androgens[1].
