In Vitro

(rel)-Bedaquinoline impurity 12 (compound 99 (Al)) inhibits the growth of Mycobacterium tuberculosis with an MIC of 9.06 and inhibits the growth of Mycobacterium smegmatis with a pIC₅₀ of 7.9^[1].
