Adamtsostatin 18 is an anti-angiogenic peptide derived from proteins containing type I thrombospondin motifs. Adamtsostatin 18 inhibits cell migration and proliferation^[1].

In Vitro

Adamtsostatin 18 ( 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10, 20, 30, 40 µg/mL; 3 days) inhibits cell proliferation in HUVECs^[1].
Adamtsostatin 18 (10, 30 µg/mL; 20 h) inhibits the migration of the endothelial cells in a dose-dependent manner^[1].
