ATG-031
Based on 4 publication(s) in Google Scholar
ATG-031 is a humanized anti-CD24 monoclonal antibody with high affinity and specificity. ATG-031 interacts with Siglec-10 expressed by tumor-associated macrophages. ATG-031 effectively stimulates macrophage-mediated phagocytosis and induces cancer cell destruction by blocking the anti-phagocytic surface proteins. ATG-031 can be used in the study of haematological malignancies as well as solid tumors. Recommend Isotype Controls: Human IgG4 (S228P) kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99003).

ATG-031 potently binds to CD24-postive tumor cells, while showing no binding with parental HEK293 cells or hRBC[1].
ATG-031 blocks the interaction between CD24 and Siglec-10 and induces potent macrophage-dependent tumor cell phagocytosis[1].
ATG-031 induces a potent antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity against HT-29 tumor cells with an EC50 of 0.27 nM[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
ATG-031 exhibits potent antitumor activity in vivo as a single agent in syngeneic models such as MC38, CT26, and 4T1[3].
ATG-031 demonstrates in vivo synergism with chemotherapies and checkpoint inhibitors[3].
ATG-031 (3 mg/kg, i.v., 2 doses) significantly increases T cell-associated immune response at the cellular and single-cell transcriptome levels in C57BL/6 mice bearing MC38-hCD24 tumors[3].

Loaded CD24 Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi, HY-P78913) on AHC2 biosensor, can bind ATG-031 with an affinity constant of 8.121E-09 M as determined in BLI assay. -
Flow cytometric analysis of 1×106 MCF-7 cells labelling CD24 (red) with ATG-031 (HY-P99176). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa Isotype Control (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black). -
Immobilized Biotinylated Human CD24, at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well, HY-P78913) on streptavidin precoated (0.5 μg/well) plate, can bind Anti-CD24 Mab (HY-P99176). The ED50 for this effect is 2.899 ng/mL.
