CAII-IN-16

CAII-IN-16 (compound 19) exhibits an IC₅₀ value of 0.5 nM against hCA II. Its IC₅₀ values against hCA I, hCA IV, hCA IX and hCA XII are 0.59 μM, 0.003 μM, 0.012 μM and 0.010 μM, respectively. The selectivity ratios of hCA I/hCA II, hCA IX/hCA II, hCA IV/hCA II and hCA XII/hCA II are 1180, 42, 6.0 and 20.0, respectively, indicating its excellent isozyme selectivity^[1].

In Vivo
