Ficlatuzumab (20 μg/mL; 24 h) effectively decreases tumor-associated fibroblast (TAF)-conditioned media-facilitated HNSCC migration and invasion[1].
Ficlatuzumab (20 μg/mL; 24 h) effectively mitigates TAF-facilitated epithelial-tomesenchymal transition (EMT), Vimentin expression in HNSCC cells[1].
Ficlatuzumab (20 μg/mL; 72 h) reduces proliferation induced by TAF-secreted hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in HNSCC cells[1].
Ficlatuzumab (20 μg/mL; 16 h) reduces the phosphorylation of c-Met and p44/42 MAPK in HNSCC cells compared with cells treated with recombinant HGF alone[1].
