Novocebrin exhibits reversible lung tissue binding properties in rats, and is completely metabolized into three conjugates in rats and dogs before being primarily excreted via feces. In addition, intravenous administration of Novocebrin in brown rats and dogs results in biphasic plasma concentration-time curves, with a linear elimination process^[1]^[2].
