dCTPase-IN-1

dCTPase-IN-1 is a highly selective deoxycytidine triphosphate pyrophosphatase 1 (dCTPase) inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 20 nM. dCTPase-IN-1 functionally inhibits dCTPase, exhibits a synergistic effect in enhancing cytotoxicity, and has no inherent cytotoxicity. dCTPase-IN-1 can be used for the research of leukemia.
