MLKL-IN-5
MLKL-IN-5 is a mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein (MLKL) inhibitor with a KD of < 10 nM. MLKL-IN-5 exhibits selectivity for RIP3 and RIP1, with KD values of 1-30 μM and > 30 μM, respectively. MLKL-IN-5 mediates necroptosis.
